Кирпичный блокнотик и практичный МК / Mixed media fantasy book and practical tutorial

ENG Dear friends! Welcome to my blog! This time I made a fantasy book for you and prepared a tutorial on how to attach the covers and the end sheets to the notebook block. Quick and easy! The video is in the end of this blogpost. Don´t forget to add your new books and albums to our March challenge at Mini Album Makers!

Backside

The end sheets are made of the 7 Dots Studio patterned paper sheet "Notes" from the Writer´s Block collection.

The stamp I used is also by 7 Dots Studio - the one from the Paint Chips collection.

  1. I adore your textured cover Maria, so clever the way you have transformed a plan notebook into one much more appealing. Thank you so much for sharing the process within your video, I have loved watching.

  2. Dear Maria, what a useful tutorial this is to me! I have saved and scoured over your binding tutorial, but was always unsure how to take the insert onto this stage in the bookmaking process. This is really wonderful and I appreciate your efforts and keen teaching ability tremendously. Big hugs, Autumn

  3. Such a cool, creative book cover. Thank you for showing us how to attach it to the rest of the book. Did you do a tutorial showing you making the cover? I would love to see that too.

    1. Thank you! I held a live workshop on this cover, so there´s no filmed version. But here is one notebook that I shot a tutorial on, and it´s technique is similar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-aUrtBGJG4&t=266s
      I hope you´ll find it useful :)
