У нас в "Глубинах подсознания" подходит к концу задание "Omnia mea mecum porto", что переводится с латыни как "Всё своё ношу с собой". Успейте поучаствовать!

Я сделала небольшой миксмедийный тэг-магнит в моих любимых смешанных техниках с использованием любимых, незаменимых для меня материалов. Это черный грунт, текстурная паста с трафаретом, воск, черный микробисер, шестеренки, чипборд и вырезалки. Тэг посвящается мужу, так как он как раз впервые в жизни отрастил очень симпатичную бороду :)) Не знаю, насколько долго борода у нас в семье задержится, но надо обязательно этот момент как-то зафиксировать! 

А так как муж не фанат своих фото в моих работах, то как нельзя кстати здесь подошел озорной текстовый чип от Family Scrap.

Art Daily Cafe MY OWN STARS layout

So thrilled to present my first art journal spread at the Art Daily Cafe! I do a lot of art journaling, but I hardly ever show it. So the time has come! I was inspired by our mood board quite a lot. I decided to paint my own space in and my own stars, and I drew this really cool animal called yak into it. The moon is a symbol of change and transformation. It affects so many spheres of our lives. But not all are easily moved by its power and beauty. Some people just live their boring busy lives and don´t bother ever looking up at the stars. Just like my yak on this art book page...

Dear friends!

I was inspired by the blue feathers dipped in gold, so I decided t use them on this light mixed media card. I created a texture on the card by spreading the 3D gel through the stencil, but I previously added some turquoise glitter into the gel. I enriched the background using the clear stamp and the ink. The chipboard and the feather tips are embossed with golden powder, and I touched up all the details on the cards with the Sparks acrylic paint, which brought sunshine to my card.

Dear friends!

Today it is my turn again to inspire and educate you on the Mixed Media Place blog. I prepared a light mixed media tutorial on a flowerful layout. It is possible to create a striking layout with just one stencil, one modeling paste and one paint. And yes, it will still be mixed media! Of course, I also had to add a lot of flowers, both ready-made and those that I had cut out of patterned paper.

The basic process was the following: 

1. First, I applied some texture to the white sheet of thick paper, using a beautiful stencil and a modeling paste. 
2. Then, I found a place for my main photo (yes, that's me some years ago! :) and arranged the flower composition around it. I used striking A. B. Studio paper to do so. It was pure joy to fussy cut all the flowers out of it. 
3. Later, I added some Prima Marketing Inc flowers and some lace to add some volume. Art pebbles gave me a chance to add some extra glamour to layout. 
4. However I liked it white, I still felt like I needed some golden spark, so I took Sparks acrylic paint "Unicorn Hair" (my favorite!) and added some flowing color to the texture on the background, to the chipboard and the lace here and there. 
5. White splatter of moisturized heavy gesso finished the look.

Сделала 3 тэжика для выставки художественных товаров, где будут продавать и продукцию Lindy´s Gang. Ну и видео заодно сняла. Обратите внимание на то, как классно спрей выглядят на кракеюрной пасте и какие же классные у Линдис эти новые "грубого помола" пудры для эмбоссинга!

Today I will show you three simple tags that I decorated with our new fantastic chunky embossing powders and my favorite sprays. Basically, this is a Lindy´s Gang product test. The tags will serve as product examples on a crafts fair, but why not just take these techniques and implement them on your own projects? Very simple, but striking! Enjoy the video!

Oткрытки. ПД в весеннем СП Цветочный вальс

Здравствуйте, друзья! 

Пригласили меня стать ПД в весеннем СП "Цветочный вальс" в блоге Freetany Flowers. А я давно и страстно люблю их цветочки, и даже привожу их в Эстонию, где их можно купить в этом интернет-магазине. (Кстати, доставка по всему миру!) 

К новому этапу СП я сделала серию из трех открыток. В качестве "шуршащего" элемента я использовала фольгу, которую слегка покрасила красками. А сами открытки вышли довольно экспрессивными. У нас в Эстонии весна именно такая. Хотя что будет в этом бесснежном году, пока неизвестно. Но обычно сначала зима никак не отпускает, вплоть до мая может быть очень холодно, а потом природа резко просыпается, птицы поют, все зеленеет, и буквально за неделю все меняется до неузноваемости! Мне захотелось передать в открытках этот момент бурного пробуждения.

На каждой открытке я использовала маленькие розочки от Freetany Flowers из разных наборов.
